Full stack developer for app development

I have a new application in mind and need an experienced full-stack developer who can guide the build from blank canvas to a live release. The exact platform mix—mobile, web, or a blended approach—will be finalised together, so flexibility with tools such as React Native or Flutter on the front end and Node.js, Django, or a comparable backend framework is essential. The job covers everything: shaping the technical roadmap, setting up the cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure), building a secure REST or GraphQL API, integrating core features like user authentication, in-app payments, and real-time notifications, and then deploying to production app stores and/or the web.
