Technical System Performance Enhancement

My current technical system is showing inconsistent performance and sporadic failures. I need someone who can dive into the existing setup, uncover the root causes, and deliver tangible improvements that hold up under real-world conditions. You’ll begin by auditing the hardware, firmware, and supporting software (full documentation and remote access will be provided). From there we’ll agree on a clear upgrade strategy, implement the fixes, and validate that the system now runs reliably at the required throughput. Deliverables • Diagnostic report outlining every identified issue and its root cause • Actionable improvement plan with timeline and risk mitigation steps • Updated code / firmware / schematics, committed to my repository or shared in the agreed format • Test log proving at least 72 hours of stable operation under load, along with rollback instructions Acceptance criteria: the system must operate continuously without the current failure modes and meet or exceed existing performance benchmarks. I respond quickly to technical questions and will supply all logs, documentation, and access credentials as soon as we begin.
