I have an older Konica-brand commercial printer that suddenly needs attention on two fronts: routine maintenance to get it running smoothly again and reliable network integration with every computer in my photography studio. The fleet here is a mix of Windows and Mac machines, so the solution must cover drivers, color profiles, and any firmware tweaks required for both platforms. What I’m looking for • A thorough diagnostic and tune-up of the printer—rollers, fuser, firmware, the works—so print quality returns to its original standard. • Clean, conflict-free setup on all studio computers, including driver installation, queue configuration, and a quick walkthrough that leaves staff able to print without workarounds. Timing I’d like this wrapped up as soon as possible. If you can be on-site (or guide remotely where practical) in the next few days, that would be ideal.
