AI-Powered B2B Video Creator

The role

You’ll create short-form video for organic social and paid ads. The content is B2B and aimed at ecommerce operators. Most work comes from a brief, and you’re welcome to pitch your own ideas. You’ll work with our existing brand voice, content strategy and AI workflows, and make them better. We’re looking for candidates based in Vietnam or the Philippines. This is a remote, ongoing freelance role. What you’ll do Turn briefs into scroll-stopping social videos and ad creatives in English Write hooks, scripts and captions for ecommerce and Shopify audiences Use our AI workflows (Claude, our Upnova brand setup, and related tools) to research, draft, produce and iterate quickly Improve those workflows by building prompts, templates and repeatable systems the team can reuse Review performance with us and iterate on what drives leads You’re a fit if you Write and speak excellent English. All content is English B2B, and we work together by email and chat in English. Have a portfolio of short-form video or ad creative Already use AI tools every day for scripting, video or design, or learn new tools exceptionally fast and can show it Can go beyond basic prompting: structured workflows, multi-step pipelines, quality control, and editing AI output to a high standard Can take a brief and deliver without hand-holding, while still bringing your own ideas Can overlap 3–4 hours with European mornings (your afternoon in Vietnam or the Philippines) Nice to have: Shopify, ecommerce, SaaS or CRO experience; ad performance experience (Meta, TikTok); motion graphics or video editing skills.
