Experienced Property Rental Agent / Accommodation Booking Specialist

I am looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Property Rental Agent / Accommodation Booking Specialist to market, promote and secure rental bookings for my properties during the Ryder Cup 2027, taking place in Ireland in September 2027. The ideal freelancer must have several years of experience in property rentals, accommodation marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition and securing bookings from individuals, groups and corporate clients. I am particularly interested in agents who have previous experience sourcing international customers and arranging accommodation for major sporting events, golf tournaments, concerts, festivals and other large-scale international events. This is an opportunity for an experienced agent to generate substantial rental business by connecting my properties with the right customers travelling to Ireland for the Ryder Cup 2027. Properties Available for Rental I currently have 4 properties available for rent: - 2 x Two-bedroom apartments - 1 x Four-bedroom house - 1 x Five-bedroom house These properties will be available to accommodate individual customers, groups of visitors, families, golf enthusiasts, corporate clients and companies looking for accommodation during the Ryder Cup 2027. Further information, including property photographs, locations, facilities, amenities, rental expectations and other relevant details, will be provided to the successful freelancer. Scope of Work & Responsibilities The successful freelancer will be responsible for managing the complete customer acquisition and booking process, including: 1. Lead Generation & Customer Research - Identify and generate high-quality leads of potential customers travelling to Ireland for the Ryder Cup 2027. - Target international golf fans, spectators, corporate guests, VIP visitors, travelling groups and other potential accommodation customers. - Identify companies, travel agencies, golf tour operators, event organisers and corporate travel managers who may require accommodation. - Research and approach potential customers from Ireland and worldwide. - Build and maintain a database of genuine prospective customers. 2. Advertising & Marketing - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote my properties. - Advertise the properties across relevant online platforms, social media channels, accommodation websites and international networks. - Use targeted advertising, digital marketing, email marketing and other suitable promotional methods. - Identify the most effective channels for reaching people attending the Ryder Cup 2027. - Position my properties competitively to maximise enquiries and confirmed bookings. 3. Customer Communication & Negotiation - Proactively contact potential customers and generate genuine rental enquiries. - Communicate professionally with prospective tenants through email, telephone, social media and other communication channels. - Respond to enquiries, explain property details and answer customer questions. - Understand customer requirements, including group size, length of stay, budget and accommodation preferences. - Negotiate rental prices and terms with potential customers, subject to my approval. - Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. 4. Booking Management & Confirmation - Manage the booking process from the initial enquiry through to successful confirmation. - Identify genuine customers who are ready to proceed with a rental agreement. - Coordinate booking arrangements, rental terms, payment and deposit requirements with us. - Ensure customer details, rental dates and agreed terms are properly documented. - Secure confirmed bookings for as many of the four properties as possible. The main objective is not simply to generate leads or enquiries. I expect the freelancer to convert those leads into genuine, paying customers and successfully booked accommodation. Ideal Freelancer – Required Experience & Skills I am looking for someone who has: - Proven experience in property rental, holiday accommodation or short-term letting. - Several years of experience sourcing tenants and securing property rental bookings. - Experience marketing and renting properties to individuals, groups and corporate customers. - Previous experience arranging accommodation for major international sporting events, golf tournaments, concerts, festivals or similar events. - Strong international lead-generation and customer-acquisition capabilities. - Excellent advertising, digital marketing and promotional skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills. - Experience using social media, online advertising, property portals and international marketing channels. - The ability to independently identify, approach and convert potential customers. - A strong professional network within the travel, tourism, hospitality, golf or events industry. Freelancers with an established network of international golf travellers, golf tour operators, corporate clients and travel agencies will have a significant advantage. Payment Structure Payment – On Successful Bookings Only I am offering payment on successful booking for each property. - Payment will be released only after successfully securing a genuine customer booking. - The freelancer will receive an agreed milestone payment for each property successfully rented. - Milestone will be payable once the customer has confirmed the booking and the agreed deposit or rental payment has been received. - The milestone structure will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before commencing the project. - There is potential to earn on multiple successful bookings across all four properties.
