Current Environment: -Microsoft 365 -Microsoft Entra ID -Microsoft Intune -Microsoft Purview -Microsoft Defender -Microsoft Teams -SharePoint -OneDrive for Business -Microsoft 365 Apps -Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Current Operating Model - 100% BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) - Team members access company resources using personal devices - Developers require access to Power Automate Desktop running locally Project Objective Design and implement security controls that: 1. Prevent downloading corporate files from SharePoint and OneDrive to unmanaged devices. 2. Prevent copy/paste or data extraction from corporate applications where technically feasible. 3. Protect company information from unauthorized access and exfiltration. 4. Maintain productivity while preserving a BYOD model. 5. Create a controlled exception for developers that require Power Automate Desktop on local machines. Expected Deliverables 1. Implemented Conditional Access policies 3. Intune configuration 4.
