**Title: Caffeine Molecule 3D Printing + Timelapse Video + 100 Photos** ## PROJECT We are looking for an experienced FDM 3D printing specialist to print our caffeine molecular model and document the entire process for MolGod, a scientific and educational project. This is more than a printing job. We require a physical print, 100+ original high-resolution photographs, a full printing timelapse, real-time videos of support removal and finishing, an edited process video, and a technical report. PRINT SPECIFICATION Molecule: Caffeine, CAS 58-08-2, formula C8H10N4O2. Model: MolGod ANT HOUSE v7 · RZEKA 3. - Technology: FDM 3D printing. - Material: PLA, 1.75 mm. - Colour: ONE SOLID COLOUR throughout. - Nozzle: 0.4 mm. - Layer height: 0.2 mm. - Infill: 15%; 3 perimeters. - Model dimensions: 100 × 100 × 84.1 mm. - Base: 100 mm diameter × 20 mm high. - Minimum build plate: 110 × 110 mm. - Starting temperatures: 210°C nozzle and 60°C bed, subject to filament recommendations. - Estimated material: approximately 85 g PLA. - Estimated print time: approximately 9 h 50 min. These are reference values. Before printing, confirm the actual dimensions, slicer settings, estimated print time and material consumption. MolGod will supply the correct print files and instructions. ## 2. ORIENTATION AND SUPPORTS Print at 100% scale, with the base flat on the build plate and the QR-code side facing down. Do not resize or modify the model without written approval. Use the supplied printing instructions and enable automatic slicer-generated supports. The model has 11 integrated structural supports. These are permanent parts of the design and MUST NOT be removed. Only temporary supports generated by the slicer should be removed. Protect the thin molecular bonds, small atoms, integrated supports, base and engraved details. ## 3. PHOTOGRAPHY — MINIMUM 100 ORIGINAL PHOTOS Provide at least 100 distinct, high-resolution photographs of the real process. Deliver original full-resolution files without watermarks or artificial enlargement. RAW files are welcome. Please document: A. Preparation — at least 15 photos: Printer, filament, equipment, model in the slicer, orientation, support structures, settings and first-layer preparation. B. Printing — at least 30 photos: First layer, base formation, intermediate stages, atoms, bonds, supports, defects, interventions and completed print. C. Support removal — at least 25 photos: Tools, step-by-step removal of temporary supports, difficult areas, close-ups, damage, support marks and confirmation that all 11 integrated supports remain intact. D. Final inspection — at least 20 photos: Front, rear, side, top and three-quarter views; close-ups of the molecule, base and engraving; measured dimensions, surface quality and final presentation. Use the remaining photographs for additional technical details and problems. All 100 photographs must be distinct and useful. ## 4. TIMELAPSE AND VIDEO Record the entire printing process using a stable camera position. Also record real-time footage of: - Printer and material preparation. - Slicer settings and print setup. - Starting the print and selected intermediate stages. - Removing the print from the build plate. - Removing temporary supports, including difficult areas. - Any defects, damage or unexpected problems. - Final inspection and presentation. Support removal and finishing MUST be recorded in real time, not only as timelapse. Deliver the final timelapse, original footage and available source files, plus an edited video showing the process from preparation to the finished model. State your camera, recording resolution, video formats and expected final video length in your bid. Do not use unlicensed music or third-party media. ## 5. TECHNICAL REPORT Provide an English report in PDF and editable DOCX, including: - Printer model and slicer version. - Filament brand, material and colour. - Printing temperatures, nozzle, layer height, infill and support settings. - Estimated and actual printing time. - Material consumption where measurable. - Deviations, interruptions and manual interventions. - Defects, support-removal difficulties and damage. - Final measured dimensions and recommendations. Clearly distinguish measurements from estimates. ## 6. HONEST DOCUMENTATION Document all relevant problems, including warping, adhesion failures, weak bonds, broken atoms, difficult support removal and surface damage. Do not conceal failures, digitally repair documentary photographs or discard broken pieces before documenting them. If the print fails, document the failure, preserve damaged parts where practical and explain the likely cause. Additional paid attempts require our written approval. Honest documentation is mandatory. A perfect print is desirable but not guaranteed. ## 7. DELIVERABLES - 100+ original high-resolution photographs. - Full printing timelapse and available source files. - Original real-time footage. - Edited process video. - Technical report in PDF and DOCX. - Relevant slicer settings screenshots or exports. - Documentation of defects and failed attempts. - Organized folders containing all agreed original files. - Signed commercial rights agreement. - Physical model, if shipping is agreed in advance. ## 8. COPYRIGHT AND COMMERCIAL RIGHTS — MANDATORY The freelancer must sign a written agreement assigning to MolGod or its designated contracting entity all transferable economic copyright in the original photographs, video footage, timelapse, edited videos, graphics, captions and technical report created specifically for this project, to the extent legally permissible. MolGod requires worldwide, perpetual and, where legally available, exclusive rights to publish, reproduce, distribute, edit, adapt, translate, create derivative works from and commercially use these materials o
