Senior iOS Developer & Full-Stack Engineer – App Optimization, UI/UX Redesign, Security Audit & Admin Panel

We are looking for an experienced Senior iOS Developer and Full-Stack Engineer (or a qualified development team) to improve and finalize an existing mobile application and its web-based administration platform. **This is NOT a project being developed from scratch.** We already have an existing application, backend infrastructure, and administration panel. Our objective is to identify and resolve outstanding issues, significantly improve the overall design and user experience, strengthen security, and bring the entire platform to a professional, stable, production-ready standard. The application operates in the transportation and service-booking sector. Further business details and technical documentation will only be shared with shortlisted developers under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). **Main Responsibilities:** **1. iOS Application Improvements** - Review the existing iOS application and source code. - Identify and resolve bugs, incomplete features, and performance issues. - Improve application stability, responsiveness, and reliability. - Enhance the existing UI/UX with a premium, modern, and intuitive design. - Optimize navigation, screen transitions, loading times, and overall usability. - Ensure compatibility with current iOS versions and supported iPhone devices. **2. Security Audit & Vulnerability Fixes** - Perform a comprehensive security assessment of the mobile application, backend APIs, and admin panel. - Identify authentication, authorization, data protection, and API security vulnerabilities. - Review session management, access permissions, and sensitive data handling. - Fix identified vulnerabilities following industry best practices. - Provide a documented security assessment and remediation report. **3. Admin Panel Redesign & Development** - Review the existing web-based administration panel. - Redesign the interface to achieve a modern, premium, enterprise-level appearance. - Improve navigation, dashboards, forms, tables, filters, and data management workflows. - Identify and fix existing admin panel errors and broken functionality. - Ensure fast performance and responsive compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. - Improve role-based access control and administrative usability. **4. Backend & System Optimization** - Review existing frontend-to-backend integrations. - Identify incomplete or malfunctioning API connections. - Resolve technical inconsistencies and improve system reliability. - Optimize performance, error handling, and data synchronization. - Preserve the existing architecture wherever possible and avoid unnecessary rebuilding. **5. Testing & Quality Assurance** - Conduct functional, integration, security, and performance testing. - Identify and resolve critical defects. - Verify that existing working features remain fully operational. - Deliver clean, maintainable, well-documented code. **Important Project Requirements:** - Existing functionality and user data must be preserved. - We are looking for improvements to an existing product, not a complete rebuild. - All changes must be properly tested before deployment. - The project must be handled professionally and confidentially. - Source code ownership and all completed deliverables must remain with the project owner. - Full technical details will be disclosed only after initial evaluation and NDA agreement. **Ideal Candidate:** Strong experience with Swift/SwiftUI, iOS development, modern web technologies, backend APIs, enterprise admin dashboards, UI/UX design, security auditing, and production application maintenance. **Please include examples of similar projects, your relevant experience, your proposed development approach, and an estimated timeline and budget after an initial technical assessment.** Our goal is to transform an already-developed platform into a polished, secure, highly reliable, and professionally designed product.
