I need a reliable thermal fogger engineered specifically for outdoor insect-control treatments. The unit must generate a consistent, dense fog capable of carrying common pest-control formulations across gardens, patios, and small farm plots. Key objectives • Design a portable, fuel-powered or electric heating system that quickly reaches fogging temperature without flame exposure at the nozzle. • Size the tank and flow-rate so a single fill treats roughly 1,000 m² of open space. • Select corrosion-resistant materials and seals suitable for oil-based and water-based insecticides. • Incorporate safety features—automatic shut-off, heat shields, and a stable base—for operator protection in uneven outdoor terrain. • Provide clear assembly drawings, a full parts list with sourcing options, and a maintenance guide. A working prototype (or detailed manufacturing plan with test data) will be the final milestone.
