Revise COMcheck Remove Slab Insulation

I have a previously approved COMcheck that showed our design performing 20 % better than code, but the slab perimeter insulation called out on that submittal is no longer desired. I now need a fresh COMcheck that follows the current energy code enforced by our local building department—not the edition used before—and demonstrates full compliance with all requirements even after eliminating every bit of perimeter insulation at the slab. You will receive: • The original, approved COMcheck file • The architectural set, including the updated sheet A0.05 with today’s insulation call-outs Your task is to run a new COMcheck (Envelope compliance) that: 1. Removes all slab-edge insulation indicated in the prior submission 2. Keeps the rest of the envelope exactly as drawn on A0.05 unless a change is essential to make the model pass 3. Produces a passing result under the current local code edition Deliverables: • PDF and .cck files of the revised COMcheck report, ready for permit submittal • A brief summary page explaining the inputs you adjusted and confirming the code edition used I need the updated documents quickly so we can proceed with permitting.
