Full-Stack Developer & Technical Client Representative | US Projects | 30% Revenue Share Job Type: Remote | Long-Term Partnership Location: Worldwide (India, Pakistan, and other countries welcome) Compensation: 30% of Total Project Revenue Working Hours: Flexible, with availability for US client meetings About the Opportunity I'm looking for a skilled and reliable software developer with strong English communication skills to collaborate on US-based software development projects. I focus on identifying US client opportunities, coordinating business relationships, and supporting project acquisition. I'm seeking a technical partner who can confidently communicate with clients, participate in technical interviews, and independently handle software development. This is a long-term, revenue-sharing partnership rather than a traditional fixed-salary position.

Responsibilities

Attend video calls and technical meetings with US clients. - Communicate professionally in spoken and written English. - Understand client requirements and propose technical solutions. - Develop, test, and deliver high-quality software. - Provide regular project updates and maintain professional client relationships. - Collaborate on project planning, estimates, and delivery schedules. Technical Requirements Experience in one or more of the following areas: - Frontend: React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript - Backend: Node.js, Python, Django, FastAPI, PHP, Laravel - Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB - Cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud - AI: LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, AI Integrations - Mobile: React Native, Flutter Compensation & Revenue Sharing You will receive 30% of the total revenue collected from each project assigned to you under our partnership agreement. The remaining 70% is allocated toward applicable taxes, banking and payment processing fees, US business ownership costs, client acquisition, business coordination, and operating expenses. For example: - $12,000 project → You earn $4,000 - $15,000 project → You earn $5,000 These figures are examples, not guaranteed earnings. Project availability and income will vary. Payment schedules and revenue calculations will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. Ideal Candidate - At least 3 years of professional software development experience preferred. - Confident speaking English with US clients. - Comfortable attending video meetings and technical interviews. - Able to manage development tasks independently. - Reliable, honest, and interested in a long-term partnership. - Experience working with international clients is a plus. All client engagements must permit remote international collaboration, with accurate representation of each participant's identity, qualifications, and responsibilities.
