Foldable Laptop Stand CAD Design

CAD Designer to Develop a Foldable Aluminum Laptop Stand for Manufacturing Consumer Product Design | CNC Machining | Mechanical Mechanisms I'm working on a premium foldable laptop stand and need someone to turn my initial concept into a fully functional mechanical design. The stand should support laptops up to 4 kg, offer multiple height adjustments, and fold into a compact profile for travel. I'm considering aluminum 6061 for the main structure, with stainless steel pins and silicone contact pads. The biggest concern is the hinge mechanism. It needs to hold the laptop securely at different angles without loosening after repeated adjustments. I have rough sketches and reference photos, but no existing CAD files. I'd like the engineer to explore two possible hinge configurations, recommend the most practical option, and develop the selected design for CNC machining. Please account for joint clearances, friction, wear, and assembly tolerances. The final design should also avoid sharp edges and unnecessary machining operations. Deliverables include editable CAD files, STEP models, exploded assembly views, and production drawings. I'd prefer someone with experience designing consumer products involving folding mechanisms, hinges, or adjustable joints.
