I need a fresh set of legal-minded eyes on a customer contract for a mid-sized software build. The core agreement has already been signed, but several amendments have crept in and I want absolute certainty that every clause still mirrors the original scope of work. Here is what I’d like you to do: • Compare the signed contract and all amendments against the scope and requirements documents, the project plan with milestones and delivery list, plus the running record of customer emails, meeting notes, change requests, and the overarching legal agreement. • Flag anywhere the promised functionality, timelines, or responsibilities no longer line up, wording is vague, or the door is left open for uncontrolled “scope creep.” • Propose tighter language or new clauses that lock in guardrails for change management, extra work, and acceptance criteria so the project stays on track without turning into an enterprise-scale engagement. Deliverables I expect: 1. A written list of every gap, risk, or unclear point you find. 2. Draft wording or tracked-change suggestions for any amendments or new clauses. 3. A concise checklist that states what is explicitly in scope and, just as clearly, what is not. You may use your preferred redlining tools (Word track-changes, PDF mark-up, or similar); just ensure the output is easy for my team to review and forward to the customer.
