Medical Voice-to-Text App Build

I need an Android application that lets physicians press a button, speak for up to 60 seconds, and immediately see an accurate transcript they can review and copy. Voice-to-text conversion is the core of the project, so I’m looking for someone who already has proven experience with Google Speech-to-Text, Azure Speech Services, Whisper, or a comparable engine and can fine-tune it for medical vocabulary. Once the text is generated, the app should also propose concise follow-up questions or answer suggestions that doctors can accept, edit, or ignore before copying the final note into their EHR. No audio or text should remain on the device or any server once the doctor leaves the screen; privacy is non-negotiable. Licensing & analytics • Tie each build to a specific device ID, with a server-side licence that can expire or renew on set dates. • Provide a lightweight Windows utility that generates these licence files/keys. • Build a private, browser-based dashboard that logs anonymous usage counts, plots them on simple charts, supports date and device filters, and exports to CSV. Deliverables 1. Signed APK and all source code. 2. Windows licence generator (exe or PowerShell). 3. Secure API and dashboard code. 4. Brief setup guide and hand-over call.
