Eversource Underground Service Plan Design

Looking for electrical engineer freelancer near Boston MA area to do design plant details with underground Eversource electrical transformer location with clearance and conduit paths. We are doing several electrical projects upgrade electrical meter services and we need make this design plant with the property we working and path location though Eversource transformer, the electrical engineer needs to go the site field or get the measurements location. I’m upgrading the existing residential meter services on several properties in the Boston area and Eversource wants a complete underground layout before they do transformer upgrade. All I have right now is each street address and upgraded meter service amps so the first step is a field visit where you take every measurement yourself— property lines, existing utilities, and the most practical pad-mount transformer location. Once you’ve gathered the data, I need one concise drawing per property that Eversource will sign off on. The plan must show: • exact transformer placement with required clearances • conduit trench path back to the meter location, including depth and bend details • revised service entrance and meter specifications PDF and DWG are both fine. A PE stamp isn’t mandatory, but the design must conform to NEC, local Boston regulations, and Eversource underground standards.
