UAE F5 LTM and WAF Deployment

Requirement 1: F5 BIG-IP LTM Implementation Consultant Location: UAE – On-site at Client Premises Duration: 2–6 months Engagement Type: Professional Services – Design, Implementation & Tuning Project Overview We are seeking an experienced F5-certified consultant to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM) for a client in the UAE. Mandatory Certification F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator (F5-CA) F5 Certified Technology Specialist, LTM (F5-CTS, LTM) Key Responsibilities Develop high-level and low-level design documents. Configure virtual servers (VIPs), pools, nodes, health monitors, profiles, and persistence. Implement iRules and iRulesLX where required. Configure SSL/TLS, load-balancing methods, and application traffic management. Design and validate high-availability and failover configurations. Plan and execute application migration and cutover, including rollback procedures. Perform functional, performance, and failover testing. Prepare configuration documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials. Expected Deliverables HLD and LLD documents. Documented BIG-IP LTM configurations. Migration and rollback plan. Test reports covering traffic management, application availability, and failover. Operational runbook and knowledge-transfer session. Requirement 2: F5 Advanced WAF Implementation Consultant Location: UAE – On-site at Client Premises Duration: 2–6 months Engagement Type: Professional Services – Design, Implementation & Policy Tuning Project Overview We are seeking an experienced F5-certified security consultant to lead the design, implementation, configuration, and tuning of F5 BIG-IP Advanced Web Application Firewall (Advanced WAF) policies for a client in the UAE. Mandatory Certification F5 Certified Solution Expert, Security (F5-CSE, Security) Key Responsibilities Design and implement F5 Advanced WAF security policies. Configure application security protections and policy enforcement. Perform policy learning, tuning, and false-positive remediation. Configure protections for common web application attacks, including OWASP Top 10 risks. Tune signatures, attack detection, violations, and blocking settings. Validate application functionality and security enforcement. Support migration, cutover, troubleshooting, and production stabilization. Prepare security policy documentation, test reports, operational runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials. Expected Deliverables Advanced WAF HLD and LLD. Configured and documented WAF policies. Policy tuning and false-positive remediation report. Test results demonstrating detection and blocking effectiveness. Operational runbook and knowledge-transfer session. Common Engagement Requirements Proven experience delivering comparable F5 implementations in the UAE or other enterprise environments. Availability for on-site deployment at the customer's premises in the UAE. Project duration of 2–6 months, subject to scope and delivery needs.
