You set your available hours in our calendar — minimum four hours a day, four days a week, inside 9–5 US Eastern. We book into them. When a booking or reschedule notification fires, you acknowledge it same day and you're on the call when it starts. Not expected to sit at a desk; expected to show up. Between calls you prospect your assigned niches inside our CRM. Self-sourced deals pay a bonus. You own the accounts you close — upsells pay you again. Commission only, paid once per closed deal within 15 days of the client's payment clearing. A percentage of setup fee plus a multiple of first month, stepping up with closes. Typical close pays $1,000–$2,600 at standard rate. No base, no draw, no residuals. Rates rise with results. You get a demo system, pitch decks, an enablement track, and the founder on call. Daily status and team chat run in the CRM. Must have closed commission-only before and be able to show it. Self-starters only.
