# WhatsApp Bot Developer – BotBiz + Shopify Integration ## Project Overview I am looking for an experienced **WhatsApp chatbot/automation developer** to build and optimize a complete WhatsApp sales and customer-support bot for my jewellery business. I already have: - BotBiz account - Shopify website - WhatsApp Business/API setup - Product catalogue on Shopify I do **not** need a new WhatsApp platform. The project should be built primarily using my existing **BotBiz + Shopify setup**. ## Required Work ### 1. WhatsApp Welcome Flow - Welcome message - Main menu - Shop Jewellery - New Arrivals - Product Enquiry - Book Store Visit - Track Order - Customer Support - Talk to an Expert ### 2. Product Enquiry Customer should be able to: - Browse/select products - Receive product information - Get Shopify product link - Ask questions - Connect with a human if required ### 3. Lead Generation Capture: - Customer name - WhatsApp number - Product/category of interest - Budget - Location - Requirement Leads should be properly tagged/segmented. ### 4. Shopify Integration Set up relevant automation for: - Product links - Order confirmation - Order status - Shipping/tracking updates - Customer/order information where supported - Abandoned-cart follow-up ### 5. Automated Follow-ups Create appropriate WhatsApp follow-up flows for: - Product enquiry - Customer who didn't purchase - Abandoned cart - Post-purchase - Review/feedback - Store visit enquiry ### 6. Human Handover Customer should be able to easily connect with a human sales representative. ### 7. Customer Segmentation Create useful tags such as: - New Lead - Hot Lead - Product Enquiry - Gold Jewellery - Silver Jewellery - Custom Jewellery - Store Visit - Purchased - Abandoned Cart - VIP Customer ### 8. Testing & Handover Developer must: - Test all flows - Fix errors - Test Shopify integration - Test WhatsApp messages/buttons - Document the setup - Give me complete handover/training so I can modify basic flows myself ## Preferred Developer I am looking for someone with demonstrated experience in: - BotBiz - WhatsApp Business API - WhatsApp automation - Shopify - Chatbot development - Webhooks/API integrations - E-commerce automation **BotBiz experience is strongly preferred.** If you have not worked with BotBiz but have extensive WhatsApp Business API + Shopify experience, you may still apply. ## Important I already have the BotBiz and Shopify accounts. **Do not quote for building a new WhatsApp platform.** I am looking for implementation and automation within my existing setup. ## Budget fixed price for the initial implementation.** Please provide a detailed quotation if you believe additional work is required. ## When Applying, Please Answer 1.
