Python Sales Insights Dashboard

I have a raw sales dataset that needs to be transformed into a clear, interactive dashboard built in Python. The end product should let me drill down into monthly sales trends, compare regional performance, profile customer demographics, surface the top-selling products, and automatically calculate profit margins. I want the dashboard itself to live in a Jupyter Notebook or a lightweight web app (Streamlit or Dash are both fine), with well-structured scripts that handle data cleaning, aggregation, and visualization. Line graphs will be the primary visual, so please design them to update dynamically when new data is dropped into the source folder. If you believe an additional chart type would clarify the story, feel free to suggest it, but keep the focus on clean, insightful line-based views.
