We aim to grow our online presence, attract genuine customers, and increase sales through our website. We are looking for a result-oriented digital marketing expert who can help us grow our Instagram account and generate measurable website sales. OUR PRIMARY GOAL: 10,000 GENUINE INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS Current followers: Below 1,000 Target: Reach 10,000 genuine Instagram followers within 90 days. We want relevant followers who are genuinely interested in ethnic wear, Chikankari kurtis, kurti sets, and premium Indian fashion. PROPOSED FOLLOWER GROWTH MILESTONES Day 0: Record the starting follower count. Day 30: Target 3,000 total followers. Day 60: Target 6,000 total followers. Day 90: Target 10,000 total followers. Applicants must explain how they plan to achieve these milestones and whether the target is realistic for our account, considering the available budget and resources. These are ambitious targets. The final milestones will be agreed upon after reviewing the account and proposed strategy. SECONDARY GOAL: INCREASE WEBSITE SALES We want to increase website traffic and convert interested visitors into paying customers. Our proposed sales targets are: Month 1: Establish the sales baseline, improve product promotion, and set up conversion tracking. Month 2: Target at least 5 verified website orders during the month. Month 3: Target at least 10 verified website orders during the month. Applicants should explain their sales-generation strategy and how they will measure the results. Sales will be counted using agreed tracking methods and Shopify order records. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, and unpaid orders will not qualify. SCOPE OF WORK The selected expert will be responsible for: 1. Reviewing and optimizing our Instagram profile, bio, highlights, and content strategy. 2. Creating a monthly content calendar for Reels, posts, product promotions, styling ideas, and brand storytelling. 3. Developing strategies to increase genuine followers, reach, engagement, profile visits, and shares. 4. Identifying relevant fashion influencers and collaboration opportunities. 5. Planning and managing Instagram and Facebook advertising campaigns, if approved. 6. Driving relevant traffic to our website and improving opportunities for conversion. 7. Reviewing Meta Pixel, website conversion tracking, and campaign setup. 8. Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing the strategy. 9. Providing weekly reports on follower growth, engagement, website traffic, orders, and advertising performance. Applicants must clearly mention whether content creation, video editing, graphic design, influencer fees, and advertising management are included in their fee. PERFORMANCE-BASED PAYMENT STRUCTURE Payments will be made only after verifying the relevant deliverables and results. The payment terms, treatment of partially achieved milestones, and conditions for missed targets must be agreed upon in writing before the campaign starts. ADVERTISING BUDGET Advertising spend is separate from the expert's fee. Applicants must recommend the minimum realistic monthly advertising budget required to support their strategy. All advertising expenditure must be approved in advance and paid directly by us to the advertising platform. Please specify any additional costs for content production, influencer collaborations, software, or other services. GENUINE FOLLOWER POLICY We strictly prohibit: 1. Purchasing followers or using bots and fake accounts. 2. Buying likes, comments, views, or artificial engagement. 3. Using engagement pods or automated follow/unfollow techniques. 4. Running misleading giveaways solely to inflate follower numbers. 5. Providing fabricated screenshots or misleading performance reports. Legitimate organic growth, paid advertising, and relevant creator collaborations are acceptable. Followers must be relevant to our target audience. We reserve the right to exclude demonstrably fake or inauthentic followers from milestone calculations. MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION Before starting, we will record the current follower count, recent Instagram performance, website traffic, existing sales, and conversion tracking status. Progress will be verified using Instagram Insights, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify order records, and agreed website analytics. The expert must provide weekly performance reports and a final report at the end of 90 days. The brand will retain ownership and administrative control of its Instagram account, website, advertising accounts, tracking assets, creatives, and customer data. REVIEW AND TERMINATION Performance reviews will take place on Days 30, 60, and 90. If agreed milestones are missed, we will review the results and determine corrective action according to the written agreement. Payments for uncompleted milestones or undelivered work will not automatically be due. Either party may terminate the engagement according to the written notice and payment terms agreed upon before commencement.
