Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect / Outdoor Spatial Designer to create a complete design and layout for the outdoor courtyard of a luxury villa plot. The site features a U-shaped layout centered around a private outdoor resort zone. We need an expert who can optimize spatial flow, microclimate shading, lighting, and high-end material selection. Key Scope & Requirements: Master Outdoor Layout Plan: 2D spatial arrangement and circulation pathways connecting the indoor living areas, gym, and master suites to the outdoor spaces. Swimming Pool & Running Track & Decking: Modern large swimming pool with integrated Jacuzzi and sunken fire pit / seating area. Material selection appropriate for hot desert climates (e.g., non-slip cool-deck travertine/porcelain/thermo-wood). Entertainment & Leisure Zones: Covered outdoor BBQ & dining area with pergola/shading solutions. Outdoor lounge / sitting areas positioned for privacy and solar heat mitigation. Softscaping & Greenery: Low-maintenance, luxury desert-appropriate planting plan (palms, privacy hedges, grass, ambient garden lighting). Material board & dimensioned 2D layout plan for local contractor execution. Deliverables Expected: 2D Dimensioned Master Landscape Plan (AutoCAD / PDF format). Material & Planting Specifications Sheet. Ideal Freelancer Profile: Proven track record in Luxury Residential Villa Landscapes (GCC / Middle East experience is a huge plus). Strong portfolio showcasing modern swimming pool designs, outdoor kitchens/BBQs, and pergolas. Excellent understanding of spatial proportions, privacy buffering, and local outdoor building standards.
