Second-Story Residential CAD Layout

I’m preparing the second floor of a residential build and need a clean, editable CAD layout that I can hand straight to my architect and structural engineer for the next design phase. The drawing must show a logical room arrangement with dimensions, door and window schedules, and clear circulation—including the stair connection to the level below. Core spaces I want reflected are: • one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom • an open-plan kitchen–living area Because natural light is a priority, please place windows and glazed doors so they capture daylight on at least two elevations wherever possible. Your file should be a basic, well-layered DWG/DXF that can be developed further. As long as the drawing is legible, properly dimensioned, and laid out to scale, I’m flexible on style.
