Front-End Developer: React/Next.js, AI-Assisted UI Building (Full-Time, ~$20/hr)

Apps Built With AI (https://appsbuiltwithai.com/) builds web and mobile apps fast with modern AI coding tools. We need a front-end developer with a good eye for clean, responsive UI who turns designs and ideas into polished, working interfaces quickly.

What you'll do

Build responsive, accessible UIs in React/Next.js with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS - Turn Figma designs or rough ideas into pixel-clean components and pages - Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to speed up work, then review and refine the output - Connect front ends to REST/GraphQL APIs, Supabase or Firebase back ends - Fix UI bugs, improve performance and cross-browser/mobile behavior - Give clear async updates Requirements - 2+ years building production front ends, with a portfolio or GitHub you can share - Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and React - Experience with Tailwind or a similar modern styling approach - Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools - Comfortable with Git and consuming APIs - Good written English - 3-4 hours of overlap with US Eastern time Nice to have: Next.js, React Native/Expo, animation (Framer Motion), design-system or Figma experience, basic accessibility knowledge, startup/MVP experience. Pay and terms: About $20/hr USD depending on experience. Full-time (about 40 hrs/week), fully remote.
