Developer Needed: Refine & Launch Mobile-First Marketplace in Kenya (M-Pesa, Android, IoS)

I’ve built a working prototype of a mobile-first marketplace connecting Kenyan customers with skilled people, using the AI builder Emergent. I need an experienced developer to audit and stabilize the code, optimize it for Android IoS phones (possibly on slow data,0 and take it live on Google Play and the Apple Store with a production backend (hosting, database with backups, domain and SSL, staging and production environments, CI/CD, monitoring). Core features to finish include phone and OTP login, fundi profiles with ID verification, search by service and location, a job booking flow with chat and calls, and an admin dashboard. Payments must use M-Pesa Daraja (STK Push, plus B2C payouts or a manual-payout first phase) with a commission engine that admins can configure by category, a full ledger with reconciliation, refund and dispute tools, and safeguards against users bypassing the platform. Security and compliance should cover the Local Data Protection Act and KRA record-keeping. I must own 100% of the code, accounts, and domain, with everything delivered to my GitHub, along with documentation, a handover call, and post-launch support.
