Editable Pharmaceutical Label Templates

I need two print-ready label templates designed for my pharmaceutical line—one sized for small bottles (3mL vials) and another for large bottles (10mL vials). Each template must share the same visual identity so the brand looks consistent on every shelf, yet allow me to swap out the product name, lot #, and dosage text in seconds without disturbing the layout. In addition, an image of a vial with the label on it to upload to a website for product display. Because these labels will appear on regulated pharmaceutical products, good hierarchy, crisp typography, and space for mandatory information (drug facts, bar-code, expiry date, and regulatory symbols) are essential. Please build safe-zones and bleeds directly into the files and keep key type within the safe area so nothing gets trimmed off during production. Deliverables • Two fully editable master files (one small-bottle size, one large-bottle size) • Corresponding high-resolution, print-ready PDFs with crop marks and bleed • A short note explaining how to update text fields and color accents Acceptance Criteria • Both sizes share identical styling, colors, and font choices • All placeholder fields are clearly labeled for easy editing • Files open cleanly in the agreed-upon design software and package all fonts/links • CMYK color mode, 300 dpi, 0.125" bleed applied Send a quick sample layout or relevant portfolio piece so I can see your pharmaceutical labelling experience. Once I approve the visual direction, I’ll pass over exact dimensions and copy for the first SKU so you can finalize the templates.
