I run a grain-producing crop farm here in Ontario and I’m ready to complete a full Environmental Farm Plan (EFP) that meets current OMAFRA guidelines. The workbook has to be filled out accurately, action items prioritized, and the accompanying Improvement Action Plan prepared in a way that is realistic for my operation. Key context • Operation type: crop farm only, no livestock involved. • Primary production: grains (corn, soybeans, wheat rotation). • Priority issue: reducing and documenting pesticide usage—everything from safe storage and mixing areas to integrated pest-management alternatives. What I need from you 1. Work directly with me (phone or Zoom is fine) to collect field-specific details and photographs. 2. Draft the complete EFP workbook sections, rating current practices honestly and flagging where documentation is missing. 3. Produce a clear, step-by-step Action Plan that focuses first on pesticide-related improvements, then any additional best practices you spot. 4. Provide the final package in both editable Word/PDF and the official EFP submission format so I can sign and submit without extra formatting work.
