I need someone who can take raw, on-site deficiency footage from our construction projects and transform each clip into a 20–60-second AI-enhanced training segment. The final videos must feel realistic—no cartoonish avatars or gimmicky filters—while still making it crystal-clear what the viewer should notice and learn. Here’s what matters most to me: • Voice narration must sound technical and detailed, reflecting proper construction terminology and procedure. Think field engineer explaining best practice, not a generic marketing voice. • Two key AI effects are essential for every clip: dynamically highlighting specific problem areas (e.g., a mis-aligned rebar cage or improper formwork) and visually augmenting progress stages so trainees see “before,” “issue,” and “resolved” states in sequence. • The core purpose is training. Each video should guide junior site staff through why an issue matters, the standards it violates, and the correct remediation—all within that short run-time. Deliverables for each source video: 1. Final 1080p (or higher) MP4 with AI overlays, call-outs, and synced technical narration. 2. Separate audio track (WAV) of the voice over. 3. Project file(s) or editable timeline (Premiere, Final Cut, Davinci, or your AI video platform of choice) so we can tweak if site standards change later.
