Primavera P6 Commercial Build Schedule

I am in the planning phase of a construction project in the UAE (Job in Hand) and need a seasoned planning engineer to build a full Primavera P6 programme. The goal is a reliable baseline I can submit to client/consultant for approval and use for progress tracking once work starts on-site. Your schedule must be logically linked, reflect realistic UAE working calendars, and break work down to a clear WBS that mirrors our drawing and BOQ structure. I also want cost‐ and resource-loading so that labour, plant, and major material curves can be generated straight from the file. Key deliverables: • Primavera P6 (.xer + PDF) file with full activity coding • PDF Gantt chart in a format ready for client review • Resource allocation tables (labour, equipment, materials) exported to XLS/PDF • Critical path analysis with float values highlighted • Manpower histogram Acceptance will be based on: • No open ends or circular logic, and a critical path that changes logically when key activities slip • Calendars, lags, and constraints clearly justified • All activities traceable to a WBS level and coded to discipline and location • File opens error-free in P6 R22.12 If you have a track record producing schedules for GCC commercial builds and can turn this around quickly, I’m ready to review your approach and sample outputs.
