Modern Portfolio Website Build

I’m ready to launch a sleek, modern, and clean online portfolio and need a developer who can design and code a polished “Home” page that instantly communicates my professional brand. This first page must be fully responsive, fast-loading, and built with standards-compliant HTML5, CSS3, and lightweight JavaScript (or a familiar framework if you can keep performance high). The look should lean toward generous white space, crisp typography, subtle animations, and a clear call-to-action that drives visitors to contact me or explore future sections. While my immediate focus is the Home page, I’d like the underlying structure and styling to be easily extendable so I can add About Me and Projects pages later without a full redesign. Key deliverables: • Pixel-perfect Home page design implemented in code • Mobile-first responsiveness across major breakpoints • Simple content management approach (pure code, lightweight CMS, or component-based framework—your recommendation) • Deployment instructions so I can push the site live with minimal fuss Clean, maintainable code and an eye for detail are paramount. If you have a portfolio that shows similar modern, minimalist sites, please share it; I’ll shortlist quickly and we can move straight to timelines.
