I need a cinematographer who can create eye-catching promotional content for residential homes. The goal is to showcase each property in a way that feels premium and aspirational—think smooth gimbal moves, tasteful drone reveals, and elegant interior walk-throughs that help potential buyers picture themselves in the space. The finished piece should follow a real-estate style flow: quick exterior tease, neighborhood highlights, seamless transition to interiors, and a concise call-to-action ending. While I’m focused on promotional content, I’m open to subtle documentary flourishes or light narrative moments if they help the viewer connect emotionally with the home. Typical tools such as 4K cameras, drones compliant with local regulations, sliders, and color-grading in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro are expected. Clear audio capture for any agent voice-over or ambient detail will be a plus.
