Senior Laravel/React & AI Developer for Existing SaaS + Android/iOS

We need one senior full-stack developer to review and refine an existing multi-tenant SaaS platform and deliver connected Android and iOS apps. Most functions already exist: some are live in Production and others are in Staging. This is continuation work focused on targeted updates, minor supporting functions, integration, testing, and controlled release. Major new modules are outside the initial scope. Stack: Laravel/PHP, React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Azure, and GitHub CI/CD. A responsive web app, PWA, and design system already exist. Existing areas to review: customer workspaces and permissions; configurable forms, drafts, media evidence, approvals, findings and actions; project/visit tracking; employee onboarding and related integrations; dashboards and reporting; Arabic/English usability. AI capabilities are already in the application and need review, testing, refinement, and controlled activation with permissions, source references, and usage safeguards. Deliverables include an application-security and database-reliability review with findings and test evidence; agreed platform fixes; and Android/iOS apps using the existing backend, with agreed offline/sync behavior, physical-device testing, build documentation, and store submission support. Before granting access we privately verify professional identity/references, confidentiality, MFA, individual limited-access accounts, and reasonable evidence of secure device practices. Please give a realistic price and timeline broken down into platform updates, security/database review, and mobile delivery.
