I’m streamlining several parts of my company and want a single, intelligent system that ties everything together. The core priority is robust data handling—specifically data processing and analysis powered by predictive analytics—yet the project touches multiple touch-points in our daily operations. Here’s the picture. • AI chatbot(s) will serve both website visitors and internal staff, pulling from the same knowledge base you help me create. • WhatsApp (and other) API hooks need to feed conversations, leads, and support tickets into n8n workflows for real-time routing. • Those workflows should spin up AI agents when logic dictates, pass information to our CRM, store processed data, and return results to users or staff with minimal latency. • Throughout, the system must remember context, log every interaction, and handle errors gracefully so nothing stalls in production. Day-to-day, that means you’ll: 1. Design n8n flows that ingest raw data, run predictive models, and surface insights to the right dashboard or chat thread. 2. Build and train the predictive models (feel free to recommend the stack—Python, Node, or a managed AI service—so long as it scales). 3. Integrate WhatsApp, our CRM, and any third-party APIs we need for lead capture and support. 4. Implement solid memory and logging, plus retry logic to keep workflows resilient. 5. Optimise for speed and cost once the prototype is live. Acceptance criteria • End-to-end demo: a new WhatsApp inquiry triggers a lead profile, runs a predictive score, and sends the result back via bot in under 10 seconds. • n8n workflows documented and exportable. • Clear README covering environment variables, model retraining, and deployment steps.
