Excel Timesheet & Payroll Builder

I need a single Excel workbook that lets me enter clock-in and clock-out times for each employee and have the sheet instantly calculate their regular hours as well as any overtime they rack up. The file also has to let me store different hourly rates per person so the totals update automatically when rates vary from one employee to the next. A clean summary page pulling daily, weekly, and monthly totals would be ideal, but the core requirement is the automated maths: I do not want to touch a calculator or rewrite formulas every pay period. If macros or Power Query make the workflow smoother, feel free to use them—just keep everything contained in the workbook so I can hand it to my team without extra installs.
