Full-Stack Developer for Software Maintenance

Looking for an experienced freelance Full-Stack Developer for ongoing development of an existing software platform. This is a long-term freelance engagement, not a one-time project. Claude Code access will be provided to assist with understanding the project, development and debugging. The work will mainly involve understanding the existing application, fixing issues, implementing small to medium features, and supporting ongoing development. Main technologies: - Java / Spring Boot or Quarkus - Angular / TypeScript - PostgreSQL - REST APIs - Git - Microservices The developer should be comfortable working with an existing codebase and multiple repositories. You should be able to: - Understand existing code and functionality - Work on assigned development tasks and bug fixes - Make backend and frontend changes - Debug issues and identify the root cause - Work with Git branches and resolve conflicts - Test your changes properly - Explain what you changed and why - Share progress, technical findings and implementation details clearly - Join screen-sharing sessions or walkthroughs when required We are looking for someone reliable who can work independently but also communicate clearly and share knowledge about the work being done.
