Ongoing QuickBooks Bookkeeping

I need a reliable bookkeeper to keep my QuickBooks file current and accurate every month. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare clear, timely profit-and-loss reports so I always know where the business stands before each month closes. Our QuickBooks Online account is already set up and active. I will grant you full accountant-level access along with read-only bank logins and any source documents you require. Each month you will: • Review the file for completeness and accuracy • Post any missing entries I forward you (receipts, payroll summaries, etc.) • Generate the monthly P&L report and flag anything unusual If you also handle reconciliations or invoicing, that could be helpful down the road, but right now I’m focused on dependable monthly reporting. Consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to explain variances in plain language are essential. Please let me know your experience with QuickBooks Online and typical turnaround time once statements are available. I’m ready to start this month and plan on making this an ongoing engagement for the right person.
