Experienced Forensic Accountant professional needed for review of fiduciary accounting of 5 trusts.

Project Overview: I am seeking an experienced USA based forensic accountant (CPA) or accounting professional to conduct an independent review of the financial records of 5 substantial trusts of which I am a beneficiary of dating back to 2015. The Ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in forensic accounting, auditing, and financial investigations. I am looking for someone detail-oriented, efficient, transparent, and capable of identifying unusual financial patterns, potential discrepancies, and other red flags within the available financial records. The records on hand consist only of a combination of P&L statements, Balance Sheets and some tax returns. Requested services include reviewing the available financial statements for all five trusts and identifying unusual changes or discrepancies. Preparing a comprehensive reports summarizing findings, and summarizing assets held in each trust. In a separate document I am also needing the identifying of any missing records needed for a complete forensic examination in accordance with the basic requirements of Virginia Law (Trust property, liabilities, receipts, and disbursements, including the source and amount of the trustee's compensation, a listing of the trust assets and, their respective market values). If warranted by the findings, an expert report suitable for potential use in Virginia courts as litigation support must be included. This report must be signed, include your name, findings, license number, and your experience. The professional must be available to answer any follow up questions that may arise. In the event that expert witness services are needed in the future via phone or video call, I will reach out then. Please include a separate rate for that. The report must be concise, unbiased, and professionally written. I also am needing a summary of the findings and trust assets to present to prospective legal counsel, so they can evaluate potential claims and consider contingency representation. Please provide separate estimates for a preliminary review based on the limited statements and for a more comprehensive investigation if the missing records become available. The professional must provide and sign a Confidentiality Agreement and be able and willing to communicate with my designated POA Agent. A copy of my POA will be provided upon award.
