Update Revit House Documentation

I already have a complete Revit model and sheet set for a single-dwelling house. I’ve marked up every change by hand—new room sizes, shifted walls, updated façade treatments, plus revised power, lighting, plumbing and other service runs. All sketches are scanned and clearly referenced to existing sheet numbers. What I need is someone to drop those changes straight into the current Revit file and make sure the result aligns with the relevant Australian Standards for residential documentation. No redrawing from scratch is required; it’s an “add and adjust” exercise that keeps the established sheet layout intact. Because this is a tidy, self-contained job, I’m working on a fixed price only—please don’t quote hourly rates. Key points you’ll tackle: • Update floor plans and internal room layouts for two rooms • Revise elevations, sections and any exterior call-outs affected by the changes 1 elevation + iso view • Add electrical, plumbing and other service plans to match the new layouts • Check annotations, dimensions and symbols so everything reads correctly under Australian conventions Deliverables: 1. The updated .rvt file (my model was built in the slightly older Revit release) 2. A PDF set ready for council submission, sheet names unchanged 3. A set of dxf exports per pdf page 4. A brief change list so I can track what was touched I’ll supply the model, current PDFs and all annotated sketches once we agree on the fee.
