Hiring: Full-Time Bilingual Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant – $500/Month Roofing • Mitigation & Restoration • Real Estate Remote | Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week Starting Compensation: $500 USD per Month We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English and Spanish to support marketing for our roofing, mitigation and restoration, and real estate businesses. You should have hands-on experience managing social media, creating marketing content, working with Google Ads, editing photos and videos, and using AI tools to produce quality materials efficiently. This role requires someone who can turn project photos, videos, and ideas into professional marketing that builds credibility, generates inquiries, and supports sales.

What You Will Do

Social Media Management: - Manage and grow our business presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. - Develop and maintain a content calendar across our businesses. - Create and schedule posts, stories, reels, and short videos in English and Spanish. - Write clear captions, calls to action, and promotional copy tailored to each audience. - Monitor comments and messages, respond using approved information, and route leads to the appropriate team member. - Track performance and improve content based on what generates engagement and qualified inquiries. Marketing & Google Ads: - Help plan and execute campaigns for roofing, water damage mitigation, restoration, and real estate services. - Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns within approved budgets. - Research keywords, prepare ad copy, review search terms, and recommend improvements. - Help establish and verify conversion tracking so we can measure calls, forms, and leads. - Report on spending, lead quality, cost per lead, and campaign results. - Support landing page content, Google Business Profile updates, and other lead-generation activities. - Obtain approval before launching campaigns or changing advertising budgets. Video & Photo Editing: - Turn footage from our team into professional reels, project highlights, property tours, testimonials, and promotional videos. - Add captions, voiceovers, music branding elements with clear calls to action. - Edit project photos for before-and-after presentations. - Adapt content to the correct dimensions/formats for each platform while maintaining an organized library of assets. Graphic Design & Printed Materials: Design business cards flyers door hangers yard signs banners brochures digital advertisements branded templates ensuring consistent branding identity across all projects.
