Halloween Character Actors Needed

I'm assisting with finding actors for a family-friendly charity event in Nashville on Friday, October 30th. The party itself runs 6:00-9:00 PM, but I only need two performers— preferably Michael Myers and Jason —from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. Here’s the vibe we're after: think “mildly spooky but gentle.” Most guests are middle- and high-school kids with their parents, so I want the characters to loom a little, pose with prop knives, maybe give a slow head-tilt, yet still be approachable for photos. The main job is circulating for snapshots and selfies. They have roughly $500 budgeted for the pair for that one-hour set, though they're open to adjustment.
