Telemarketing Performance Dashboard App

I need an easy-to-use application that lets our designated person (the preference would be for each employee to be able to input their own data into the app) to upload a weekly spreadsheet and instantly see how their telemarketing campaigns are performing. The primary goal is to surface the exact figures entered for each project so project leaders can judge progress in real time and make quick adjustments without digging through raw data. Once a file is imported or individuals have inputted their data, the dashboard has to break the numbers down by individual and role, by team and by campaign, highlighting: Market Information Team: • time spent on MI and Number of Decision Maker records generated for each project they work on. Telemarketing Team Leads and appointments set, and overall conversions per hour on the project • caller activity statistics such as calls to Decision Makers, Leads provided and whether daily, weekly and monthly targets were hit . The app should enable project leaders to log their key daily, weekly and monthly management activities and provide the project leader with reminders and overdue prompts. And provide a dashboard for Individual market researchers, telemarketers, Project Leaders, Senior managers and bespoke dashboards for individual clients/projects. Clean visual summaries (tables, charts, or both) are essential so leaders can spot trends at a glance. The import process should accept a simple CSV or XLSX template but if would be preferable for users to be able to input their own data directly, map the columns automatically, and store the data so historical comparisons are possible.
