We're looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to help us create a premium, modern, and highly interactive corporate website that reflects our brand identity. We already have an initial Figma design and brand direction. We're looking for someone who can refine and elevate the existing design while ensuring an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities - Review and improve our existing Figma website design. - Create a clean, sophisticated, and visually engaging corporate website. - Design compelling landing page experiences with interactive elements. - Develop UX flows, wireframes, and reusable design components. - Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile. - Plan smooth scroll animations, hover interactions, transitions, and micro-interactions. - Ensure strong visual hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and effective call-to-action placement. - Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately. - Prepare organized Figma files, design specifications, and developer handoff documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience in UI/UX design for corporate websites, technology companies, or digital agencies. - Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping. - Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, and responsive design. - Experience designing modern, high-end websites with interactive elements. - Knowledge of UX principles, user journeys, accessibility, and conversion-focused design. - Ability to create and maintain structured design systems. - Understanding of web development capabilities and limitations. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Preferred Skills (A Plus) - Experience designing award-inspired or highly interactive websites. - Familiarity with GSAP, Framer Motion, Three.js, or similar animation technologies. - Experience with advanced Figma prototyping and motion design. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks. - Experience collaborating with front-end developers.
