Bulk Excel Import to Zoho

We need an experienced Zoho Books specialist to help bulk import historical transactions into our existing company account. We already generate sales invoices in Zoho Books. We have also prepared Excel sheets containing historical transaction details, including descriptions and the properties or projects they relate to. However, we have had difficulty importing this data successfully. The work involves: - Reviewing our Excel sheets and existing Zoho Books records. - Identifying the correct import templates and required fields. - Helping us format the sheets and map the columns correctly. - Importing missing expenses, historical invoices and related payments, as applicable. - Preserving property/project references wherever supported. - Resolving import errors and preventing duplicate entries. - Testing a small batch before completing the bulk import. - Checking imported record counts and amounts against the source sheets. - Providing the final Excel templates and a brief demonstration so we can repeat the process ourselves. We can prepare or complete additional Excel fields based on your instructions. We currently use the free version of Zoho Books. Please confirm whether the required imports can be completed under this plan and explain any limitations.
