Rezoning & Plat Design Engineer Needed

I’m preparing a residential parcel that is currently improved with a single-family home for a full change of land use and need a licensed civil engineer who can carry the project from conceptual site plan through to a recordable plat. Your work will anchor my rezoning application, so I’m looking for someone who already understands local submittal standards, survey control, and the sequencing of community development review. What I will supply: the legal description, survey, city checklists, and my target zoning classification. What I need from you: • A code-compliant preliminary site layout that supports the new land-use request • A complete set of civil sheets (grading, drainage, utilities, and access) ready for the planning department’s first round of comments • The subdivision or lot-split plat drafted to the recorder’s requirements, including closures and signature blocks • Coordination notes or mark-ups for any external consultants (traffic, geotech) if they become necessary • A short response matrix addressing staff comments until we secure approval All files should be delivered in both PDF and the original CAD format (Civil 3D preferred).
