About the job

The valve (klep) seats and cylinder head of my motorcycle engine have worn past factory tolerance, so the parts need to be re-machined rather than replaced. The job centres on restoring the sealing surfaces and critical dimensions of both components to OEM spec. You will be working on the klep and the kepala silinder only, performing a full re-cut/re-grind of the valve seats, refacing the valves, and resurfacing the head deck if warpage is detected. Precision is important—I expect concentricity, seat width, and surface roughness to match standard workshop manuals. Typical equipment could include a seat-cutting machine, valve refacer, precision lathe, milling machine, or CNC machinery; feel free to use whichever setup you trust for consistent, repeatable results. I’ll ship the components cleaned and stripped of hardware, and I’m happy to supply torque and clearance specs from the engine manual. Deliverables • Re-machined valve set and cylinder head, ready to install • Measurement sheet showing seat width, valve margin, head flatness, and any other key tolerances verified after machining • Brief photo log so I can see each stage of the work I’ll cover return shipping and will release payment once the parts and measurement sheet confirm everything is back within spec. Reach out if you need additional dimensions or material details before starting.
