Exhibition Assistant & Sales Rep Needed

Job Title: Exhibition Stall Assistant / Sales Representative – Barcelona, Spain (21–23 October 2026) Project Description We are an established Indian garment manufacturing company specialising in children's ethnic wear, women's wear and men's ethnic wear, will be exhibiting at a textile and fashion exhibition in Barcelona. We are looking for a reliable, presentable and proactive local professional to assist us at our exhibition stall on 21st, 22nd and 23rd October 2026. Key Responsibilities - Be present at our exhibition stall and assist our team in interacting with visitors, prospective buyers and existing clients. - Communicate in Spanish with local visitors whenever required, helping bridge any language barriers. - Welcome visitors, understand their requirements and help initiate business conversations. - Assist in presenting and showing garment samples to prospective buyers. - Support basic sales and customer relationship activities throughout the exhibition. - Help us identify potential business opportunities and establish connections with Spanish and European buyers. Ideal Candidate - Based in Barcelona or the surrounding area. - Fluent in Spanish and comfortable communicating in English. - Previous experience in sales, customer relations, retail, fashion, textiles or exhibition assistance. - Professional, confident, approachable and comfortable interacting with business visitors. - Interest in developing long-term professional relationships and potentially supporting future business development activities. Potential for Future Collaboration Our immediate requirement is for assistance at the exhibition over these three days. However, we are also interested in building a longer-term working relationship with the right candidate who could potentially help us communicate with buyers, follow up on business enquiries and develop customer relationships in Spain and other European markets after the exhibition.
