I am putting together a full civil package for a residential development and need an experienced professional who can take the project from raw site data right through to a quantified, construction-ready set. The core of the job is a precise land survey that can serve as the base for coordinated drawings and a detailed Bill of Quantities. Here is what I have in mind: • A topographic survey of the lot with spot levels and all visible services • Civil/architectural layout drawings delivered in editable CAD (DWG) and print-ready PDF formats • A comprehensive, itemised BOQ that matches the drawings and follows standard measurement rules If you already have a streamlined workflow in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit or similar, that will be a plus; accuracy and clear layering are more important to me than the specific platform. Please outline your typical turnaround, any similar residential jobs you have completed, and the checkpoints you like to use to keep revisions minimal.
