Freelance Meta Ads Specialist – 30-Day Project Looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to plan, launch, and optimise Facebook and Instagram campaigns for a local healthcare business. Primary Goal: Generate quality leads directly through WhatsApp from selected cities and towns. Scope of Work: * Set up WhatsApp-focused Meta Ads campaigns with precise location targeting. * Create ad copy and recommend suitable creatives. * Launch campaigns within 72 hours. * Monitor and optimise audiences, creatives, and budgets daily. * Track WhatsApp conversations and cost per lead. * Provide weekly performance reports and a final campaign summary.
* Proven experience in Meta Ads and WhatsApp lead generation. * Experience with local businesses; healthcare experience is a plus. * Share previous campaign results and expected cost per lead.
