Private Office Layout Design

I’m reorganising an office floor and need a thoughtful space plan that makes room for up to three private offices while still feeling open and welcoming to visitors and staff. The footprint and dimensions will be sent to you as soon as we start; what I’m looking for now is your creative yet practical concept that threads everything together. Core areas to include • Reception area that sets the tone the moment someone walks in • 1-3 enclosed private offices with good acoustic separation • A conference room sized for client meetings and team briefings • One or two smaller meeting rooms or huddle spaces • Casual sitting corner plus a waiting / break area that doubles as an informal touchdown spot Flow, natural light, and efficient circulation are priorities. If you have favourite space-planning tools—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar—feel free to use them; just be sure the final files are easy for my local contractor to read (PDF/DWG preferred).
