I need a brand-new hardware design built around an ESP8266 (NodeMCU class) / ESP32 that can drive five independent 240 VAC relay channels. The board must let me control everything over Wi-Fi through ESPHome/Home Assistant while still working perfectly with the existing wall switches. In day-to-day use those channels will power a mix of light circuits, ceiling fans and a few socket loads, so each relay has to handle up to 16 A safely and repeatedly. Key functional blocks I am looking for • Five SPDT relays with true 2-way switch sensing so the physical rocker always wins and its state is reported back to Home Assistant. • presence sensor on board for room occupancy. • fan regulator control indian home • Four 5 V USB-A charge ports, one of which must stay alive from a cell during a mains outage. • The same batt should drive an automatic LED emergency light strip when power fails. • Robust, isolated AC/DC conversion, surge protection, track clearance and proper creepage for 240 VAC. • energy metering tbd, so leave that silicon out. Deliverables I expect 1. Complete schematic in KiCad 7 (or newer) with clearly labelled test points and safety notes. 2. Multi-layer PCB layout, Gerbers and manufacturing files ready for JLC/PCBWay. 3. Consolidated BOM with manufacturer part numbers and availability notes. 4. Documentation for the schematic for future programming 5. A concise prototype build and test plan, including suggested jig or fixture ideas for high-voltage proof testing. In your proposal please highlight any 230–240 VAC boards you have taken from concept to production. I also need a fixed-price quote broken into milestones (design, review, final files). Before finalising the project, a google meet is required. If you have questions about form factor, enclosure constraints or certification targets, let’s iron them out early. I’m ready to move as soon as I find the right engineer.
