About the job

I need a professionally engineered, end-to-end design for a compact reverse-osmosis water-treatment plant built inside a standard 40-ft* shipping container (*internal length ≈40 in when racking is fitted). The project covers four production capacities—100, 200, 300 and 400 m³/day—so the layout must be scalable while keeping the same overall footprint. Scope of work You will take the concept from blank sheet through to construction-ready documentation. That includes 3-D and 2-D layout drawings, P&IDs, mechanical details, pipe-work and skid design, equipment sizing, instrument lists, cable routing and a coordinated bill of materials. Component selection must balance energy efficiency, durability and ease of maintenance; typical items will be high-pressure pumps, energy-recovery devices, membrane housings, cartridge filters, chemical dosing, control valves and a PLC/HMI package. Compliance & performance The plant should be engineered to meet commonly accepted international codes for pressure vessels, electrical safety, and quality management (ISO/ASME/EPA or equivalent). Target permeate quality is potable-grade, with recovery and specific energy consumption comparable to best-in-class commercial units. Process & milestones 1. Concept package – overall process diagram, mass balance and preliminary equipment list. 2. Detailed design – full GA drawings, structural calculations for container framing, piping isometrics and control philosophy. 3. Final delivery – IFC (Issued-for-Construction) drawings, editable CAD files (AutoCAD/SolidWorks or similar), final BOM and an operation & maintenance outline. Acceptance criteria • Drawings are dimensionally accurate and clash-free. • All specified components are commercially available. • Design data supports the stated capacities without container modifications beyond internal framing. • Complete document set is supplied in both native and PDF formats. Clear communication and periodic design reviews are essential, so please factor in at least two virtual walk-through sessions before final submission. If you have delivered containerised RO or similar skid projects before, I would welcome examples with your proposal.
